2020 AMG Product Expert Training

Welcome Experts! The highly anticipated, inaugural AMG Product Expert Training USA launched on Monday, February 24^th welcoming more than 320 Mercedes-Benz AMG enthusiast from Performance Centers across the nation. This was the first time that the training experience was planned, coordinated and facilitated solely by Mercedes-Benz USA. Ian Brissette, Retail Training Manager – Northeast Region, did an extraordinary job leading the charge to create an experience that left our guests wanting so much more!

Upon arrival, the guests were treated to a meet & greet with southern flare and drinks to kick-start the cultivation of relationships with fellow attendees. The following mornings, rain or shine, the day was action-packed from sunup to sundown with theory based in lecture trainings and practical behind the wheel driving experiences highlighting the halo cars – the GT family, CLA 35 & 45 and the stunning GLE & GLE coupe. No detail was left unnoticed, even down to transforming the resort restaurant into an authentic Biergarten serving traditional German cuisine, outdoor games and, of course, a s’mores bar next to the fire pits.

We would certainly be remissed without giving a shout-out and commending the ones that made the training happen – Jason Fullman, Omar Mustaffa, Allison Scenna, Scott Vandekerckhove, Robert Daschil, Stuart Klein, Brandon Kuznar, Lisa Michetti and Charles Query – you all are truly ROCKSTARS! Thank you for the time, effort and commitment that went into making it all happen. Let’s start planning for 2021!
